CANLIF 2021 Legal Department Survey & Report
CANLIF 2021 Legal Department Survey & Report
As an extension to its Canadian Legal Innovation Forum platform, ADB Insights is creating its first annual survey focused on innovation in Canadian legal departments.
The purpose of the survey (and eventual report) is to measure the scope, structure and impact of innovation initiatives in legal departments. It focuses on legal departments' strategic priorities, how they are using technology to manage workflows and solve pain points and how they are collaborating with external legal service providers to deliver value.
The aggregate results of the survey will be published as a report in Spring 2021. The goal of the report is to create data driven benchmarks for legal departments to measure their innovation initiatives against and to help inform their strategies and decision making processes.
The surveys underlying are approximately 20 questions. All the data will be anonymized and legal departments and law firms who contribute to the survey may be given access to the deeper datasets underlying the reports.
The results of the survey will be announced on a webinar and published in a report in Spring 2021.
